Shipping & Returns
For delivery on our Hygienic Wall Cladding range we aim to work on a next working day service provided the order is placed before 12:00pm. We do however state 1-2 working days, to allow for any unforeseen circumstances. Our local delivery option is based on a 1-3 working day delivery.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on order value. On the final checkout page you will have the opportunity to submit the delivery address, this will then calculate the exact shipping cost. You will have a chance to cease your order if you wish.
Our Standard UK Delivery excludes postcode areas.
BT, AB, DD8-DD11, IV, PA, PH, PO30-PO41, HS, KW, ZE, IM, JE, GY, TR, LD, SA19-SA73, SY17-SY25.
For any delivery to any of these areas, please contact our sales team for an accurate delivery cost.
We offer a local delivery service on our own transport, for orders that are within approximately 50 miles from our location, which is charged at £30.00. If customers are located within the catchment area, this will be automatically updated when entering a delivery address and postcode at checkout.
If for any reason an item has to be placed on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the back order item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Any time or date specified by the company for delivery is given and intended as an estimate only and we shall not be liable to make good any damage or loss whether arising directly or indirectly out of delay in delivery.
If for any reason the client is unable to accept delivery at the time when the goods are due, or shall fail to give delivery instructions to the company, the company shall if its storage facilities permits. We will store the goods and take all reasonable steps to prevent their deterioration until their actual delivery. The client will be liable for all reasonable costs of storage and aborted delivery of ordered goods.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund, stating the reason for the return.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
4. All refunds will be actioned immediately after the goods have been received, and the above terms have been met. Customers will be notified of the refund, and refunds should be received within 7 working days.
Items cannot be returned if they have been used, cut or are not in their original condition.
Items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless there is a product defect, or goods did not arrive within the specified delivery timescale. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, unless there is a product defect, or goods did not arrive within the specified delivery timescale.
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for an alternative. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
